Here they are: the lingerie trends of 2015
With the new year officially underway, it seems like the right time to announce the lingerie trends of 2015. An opinion shared by fashionista Tiany Kiriloff, who devoted a blog post to the subject. She distinguishes four trends – and we can concur that they are a hundred per cent hot and happening in the world of lingerie. Spotted on the catwalks and at PrimaDonna.
The graphical trend – or how clean lines can be gorgeously sensual. They follow the shape of your body, create an eye-catching contrast or a look that is a tad more seductive. Take Bang Bang’s design, for instance: graphical lines with a bondage look, mischievous polka dots and a cute little revolver to complete your power play.
The more colour the better, that’s Tiany’s philosophy. And we agree wholeheartedly. The PrimaDonna and PrimaDonna Twist collections are bursting with sparkling trendy tints. Like Lolita’s cheerful candy colour, First Lady in Fuchsia and Electric Blue – and the shocking Candy Pink Madison is sporting this season.
Lingerie that’s not only a sight for sore eyes, but that you can also feel all the way up to your fingertips. That’s the idea behind the texture trend. Soirée’s sets with their fashionable tattoo look are perfect specimens, as is Call Me’s subtle devoré pattern. Call Me has also been given a sexy extra: handsome studs on the shoulder straps complete your trendy look.
Wind down in front of an open fire, but make sure you do it in style. PrimaDonna’s sexy dresses and other loungewear accessories are just perfect for that. And you don’t have to only wear them at home. Bang Bang’s sexy skirt/mini dress in tulle or Soirée’s transparent lounge bra or luxurious dress are ideal, whether you’re planning a quiet night in or looking to steal the show at the hippest party in town.
Hurry along to a specialist lingerie boutique now to get the trendy lingerie set that ticks all your boxes.
